A Note for Trainees

Our Committees

SRT's work runs through four committees. Members are invited to get involved and help shape the field.

Governance

Governance Committee

Ensures the Society operates with transparency, sound finances, and strong leadership, overseeing membership policy, financial stewardship, and officer nominations. Membership on this committee is by Board invitation.

Outreach

Outreach Committee

Expands SRT's reach across institutions, disciplines, and career stages, managing organizational partnerships and member recognition programs.

Communications

Communications Committee

Develops the shared standards, position papers, and regulatory frameworks our field needs, covering Standards and Guidelines, Regulatory Roadmap, and biomanufacturing of RNA therapeutics.

Education

Education Committee

Advances scientific exchange and supports the next generation of researchers, overseeing the Annual Meeting Program, Young Investigators initiatives, and the SRT Expert Talk Series.
